Health Fund Rebates: Rebates are available with our of our therapists. If you would like to claim these rebates, please request this when you book your first appointment. As the massages are prepaid you will not be able to use the Hicaps terminal. You will need to take each receipt to your health fund for them to give you your rebate.

Appointment Cancellations / Refund Policy: To reschedule or cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice must be given. If 24 hours notice is given we are happy to reschedule your appointment to another suitable time within voucher's expiry date. If 24 hours notice is not given to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or if an appointment is missed, then that voucher credit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. The 24 hours notice period allows us to book another client into your timeslot if you cancel.
